After a quick telephone conversation with you to go over some of the symptoms our technician will prepare for an onsite visit and in most instances offer a repair estimate that includes the labour & parts should we not be able to help you Remotely. You decide the priority.

If you require Emergency service then we can be there within 2 to 4 hours otherwise we will schedule a time with you that is mutually convenient. We do operate a 'No Fix No Fee' policy (please see Terms & Conditions).

Once onsite our computer service professional will go to work troubleshooting and diagnosing your computer system to verify exactly what is going on. Should more hardware parts be required than originally thought you will be informed of their actual cost and availability.

We will gladly also make recommendations if a system replacement versus a repair is a more cost effective solution.
